The Tasting Rooms:
Elizabeth Chambers Cellar: Elizabeth Chambers Cellar is a small, locally owned winery specializing in Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley. The winery was founded in 2013 by Liz Chambers, a 3rd generation Oregonian whose family was one of the pioneers of winemaking in the state. Winemaker, Michael Stevenson, has been a part of making top Oregon Pinot Noir for over 20 years and is producing top quality Pinot for Elizabeth Chambers Cellar.
Saffron Fields Vineyard: Since purchasing the dairy farm on Laughlin Road, owners Sanjeev Lahoti and Dr. Angela Summers have teamed efficiently with experts in viticulture and worked passionately to develop Saffron Fields Vineyard into the signature property and producer of superb Pinot Noir that it is known for today. Two locally noted winemakers, Tony Rynders and Chris Berg, produce the fine wines of Saffron Fields.
Chapter 24 Vineyards: Established in 2012, Chapter 24 Vineyards is a unique collaboration between Mark Tarlov and Louis-Michel Liger-Belair. Chapter 24 Vineyards sources from 29 vineyards around the Willamette Valley and from all appellations in Oregon, culminating in 70 blocks and separate parcels of grapes. Their Fire and Flood label explores two main soil types in the Willamette Valley: Jory (Fire) and Willakenzie (Flood). The Fire is a blend of 6 volcanic vineyards primarily located in the southern flank of the Eola Hills with the balance coming from vineyards of the Dundee Hills. The Flood is a blend of grapes from 6 vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains, Yamhill Carlton and Ribbon Ridge. The Last Chapter is produced from grapes grown in both soil types and comes from four vineyards: Shea, Hyland, Tresori, and DDL.
